Tooth Protectors

Atari 2600

Action

Johnson & Johnson’s 1983 2600 advergame by DSD/Camelot. Mail-order only: send proofs of purchase. The only 2600 game from either company.

Collector note

Never a retail SKU. Wikipedia (citing AtariAge) rates it extremely rare. Same 1983 promo wave as Kool-Aid Man and Chase the Chuck Wagon.
